At BakerCrate, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re here to help you create quick, comforting baking moments, and we want you to feel supported every step of the way.

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns on mug cake mixes, kits, or edible components. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.


Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged or incomplete
  • You received the wrong item
  • There was an issue with a non-edible item (like a mug or accessory)

To request a refund or replacement:

Email us at info@bakercrate.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We’ll get back to you quickly and work with you to fix the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full or partial refund.
