Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship nationwide within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions from time to time.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that carrier delays or weather may impact delivery times. If something goes wrong, we will do our best to help.


Local Delivery

If local delivery is available in your area, you will see that option at checkout. Select the option that works best for you and follow the instructions provided.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, email info@bakercrate.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, email info@bakercrate.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
