3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but may vary based on your location, order volume, or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on mug cake mixes, or edible components of the kits.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements in cases of:

Incorrect orders
Issues with non-edible items (such as mugs or accessories)

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at info@bakercrate.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful.

Our products are designed to be simple and easy to use. Please follow all instructions when preparing your mug cake.

We recommend adult supervision when children are using the microwave or handling hot mugs. Some accessories may include small parts not suitable for young children.
