Cancellation policy

Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Cancellations

Some BakerCrate products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. Here is how those work.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose.

Your payment method will be charged for each shipment unless you choose a prepaid option.

Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Changes or cancellations will apply to future orders.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for products that are not yet in stock.

If you place a pre-order, your payment method may be charged at checkout or at the time your order ships.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has shipped.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated like a regular order and cannot be canceled. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for more details.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email info@bakercrate.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel and issue a refund.
